After hard construction and development, it has fixed assets of 60 million yuan, covers an area of more than 23000 square meters, has more than 150 employees, 15 professionals of various types and 2 senior and intermediate professional titles, and has 13 forging production lines of 315T, 400t, 630t, 1000t, 1600t, 900t flat forging machines and 3 production lines of net belt isothermal normalizing furnace, Detection means and equipment are complete. The annual production capacity reaches more than 18 million pieces.

 

The company mainly provides various forging blanks, spindles, gears and other products for Chongqing Landai Power Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd., Chongqing transmission shaft Co., Ltd., Chongqing Xingji Gear Co., Ltd. At present, the company has signed a supply agreement with the construction unit of Sichuan Tibet railway project, and will supply tunnel drilling bits for it in the future. The products are wear and tear parts, with a large supply in the future.

 

Established and operated effectively, passed TS16949 automobile industry quality system certification, passed technical research and practice transformation, owned a number of patents, and passed Chongqing SME technology research and development center and national high-tech enterprise certification in 2017, providing customers with satisfactory products, which won high praise from customers.

 

Flange fork, knuckle fork and other transmission shaft precision forgings are the key parts of automobile transmission part. Because the products are all branch weight special-shaped, and the non machined surface of the forging surface accounts for more than 70% of the total area of a single piece, the difficulty coefficient is very high; and because it is a transmission part, the mechanical properties of the forging are very high. Therefore, at present, only a few forging enterprises can meet the quality requirements in Chongqing, and the production of this product in Bishan district is still blank. Because the added value of this product is relatively high, our company has the technical strength to develop this kind of product, and many existing equipment of our company can be used in it. Only a relatively small amount of equipment and tooling are needed to start this project.
