　　For example, when a pneumatic motor is running under no-load test, its gas pressure should be controlled between 0.1 and 0.6Mpa, not exceeding 30 seconds, to prevent poor lubrication during high-speed operation and damage to mechanical parts. Before connecting the ventilation pipe to the air motor, blow off the water and dirt in the pipe.
 
　　2. When the air motor is running, in order to make its performance meet the design requirements, it should be ensured that its working air pressure is between 0.5 and 0.7Mpa. The piping system should be equipped with a gas-liquid separator and a lubricator. The lubricating oil shall be No. 20 or No. 30 mechanical lubricating oil, and the drip rate of the lubricator shall be 75-100 drops/min. During operation, if a fault is detected and the sound is abnormal, the equipment should be stopped for maintenance immediately.
 
　　3. Air motors should be regularly overhauled according to their operating conditions to extend their service life. The overhaul period is generally 3 to 6 months. When disassembling and assembling, do not hit the surface of the part with a hammer. When assembling, the parts should be cleaned. After the motor is assembled, the shaft head should be flexible when rotating the shaft by hand, and there should be no jamming or unilateral phenomenon.
 
　　4. The gear air motor needs to be added with high-quality lubricating oil or grease to reduce wear and noise.
