The repair of the counter-attack broken rotor shaft is to solve the urgently needed materials (mica fragments) of the customer’s production. The counter-attack broken spindle has been tentatively repaired for damage or lack of refueling. In general, the damage of shaft parts is often local damage at the journal bearing device.

 

　　The specific reason can be load impact or the grease added to the bearing is not clean, and the degeneration makes the bearing lubrication poor. The size can be 150, the inner diameter is 131, and the tolerance range is 0.08~0.10 smaller than the flat shaft. The main purpose is to ensure the processing sleeve and the flat shaft. According to the on-site observation of the tightness of the thermal sleeve, the tolerance can be changed to 0.12~0.14 in the future to make the fit closer)

 

　　⑶ Use an oxygen cutting torch to heat the steel sleeve, heat the steel sleeve until it turns red, and heat the sleeve to the AB section of the flat shaft.

 

　　⑷ After the shaft to be repaired is naturally cooled, the size of the AB section of the finished car meets the requirements of the bearing device, and the size is 140+0.02~+0.043
