　　The purpose of this process is to prepare the organization for the final heat treatment for subsequent gear cutting, which can effectively reduce heat treatment deformation.　
 
　　3. Selection of gear positioning datum 　　
 
　　For the selection of gear positioning datum, because the structure and shape of the gear are different, the positioning datum is different. For example, the gear with shaft mainly adopts the top positioning, which has high accuracy and can achieve a unified benchmark.　
　
　　Forging can eliminate the defects of as-cast looseness caused by metal raw materials during the smelting process. Advanced forging equipment such as electric screw presses not only forge precise and controllable forging, optimize the microstructure, and at the same time preserve the complete metal flow line, the mechanical forging The performance is more durable, die forging can also save material consumption, greatly improve material utilization, and mechanical forging will vigorously develop in the future.
